Rob Donaghey, CEO

Robert Donaghey is Chief Executive Officer of the Calyx Transportation Group of companies. A Chartered Accountant, he has over 20 years of experience in the transportation industry. In 1989, Rob was hired as the Chief Operating Officer at Muir’s. His involvement with the company spurred a business partnership and the creation of the Calyx Group, a holding company for several industry-leading transportation and logistics companies, including National Fast Freight, Indis, Euroworld, Muir’s Cartage, Nesel Fast Freight and Hyphen.

Over the years, Rob worked closely with National Fast Freight and helped establish market leadership for Indis. Rob’s roles and responsibilities at the Calyx Group have evolved over time and his efforts have been instrumental in driving the success of its operating entities.

Rob has a BA in Commerce and Economics (Honours Standing) and he has obtained CITT (Canadian Institute of Traffic and Transportation) and PLOG (Professional Logistician) designations.
